Our mission
Wind Operations Worldwide S.p.A. (WOW SpA) is a financial holding founded in Leghorn on 31st October 2009 (former WOW Srl: 23rd May 2008).
As indicated in our Certificate of Incorporation (Italian text) and Articles of Association (Italian text), the aim of our company includes:

1) for the purpose of stable investment, in accordance with the regulations in force, we are going to buy shares of companies or individuals of any kind and operating in the following sectors:
a) of production, import, export, purchase and sale of electrical energy derived from renewable sources;
b) of development, production, including through contractors, trade, management, of plants of production and/or transformation of energy from renewable sources;
c) of permission for the use of licences, permits and rights of any kind granted for the production of energy from renewable sources as foreseen in the regulations in force;
We are reaching this target by buying shares of Kite Gen Research S.r.l. and Sequoia Automation S.r.l., thus allowing small investors to take part in this industrial project for the exploitation of high altitude wind to produce electrical energy.
